REFUND POLICY

Bear Hugs from Heaven is a nonprofit organization. All donations are final and non-refundable, as funds are immediately used to support our programs and services.

 

For ticketed events, we do not offer refunds unless the event is canceled by us. In that case, we will contact you with refund or credit options.

 

If you purchase merchandise through our foundation, refunds or exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing bearhugsfoundation@gmail.com.
